A stately, turn of the century mansion in East Grand Rapids was in need of repairs and a renovation. The front walkway and approach was full of cracked and broken bricks, the privacy walls were cracked and failing,a large fountain was in complete disrepair, and the landscaping needed updating. We replaced the front walk and approach with clay pavers and a limestone edge, adding also a large limestone fountain to welcome visitors. The walls were rebuilt, and the aging existing fountain was made like new. A side parking area was created, new gates were added, and the landscaping was updated to compliment the era of the estate.
