Set high on a hill overlooking Reeds Lake in East Grand Rapids, this home was surrounded by failing boulder walls and drainage that had been installed incorrectly. The new homeowners, long time Signature customers, contacted us for a complete wall and landscape overhaul. The walls were re-done, drainage was made correct, exposed aggregate steps were added to existing stairs that ended mid-hill, the entire house was re-landscaped, and a lakeside firepit was installed for family fun and entertaining.
